Design
Along game the GameBoy Advance, and with it came the Ac Adapter Advance. This AC adapter is among the most innovative I have ever seen. Rather than being a big bulky black thing, the advanced adapter is very compact. When I used to carry around my old AC adapter, its prongs always stuck out and were very destructive to my other GameBoy merchandise. The prongs on this new adapter can actually fold away so that the adapter becomes rectangular in shape. This was very cool, and a welcomed change. However, the thing I didn't like was the manner in which the adapter plugs into the GBA. You have to remove the batteries and the battery cover and replace it with a special cover which has a slot where you plug in the adapter. It seems like something of a nuisance to have to remove your batteries every time you want to use your AC adapter. I guess that isn't too bad and this AC adapter sure beats the old bulky ones.

Value
Unlike other adapters, this one is nice and compact, which means you can take it places. This means that you will probably make use of it far more often than most adapters. Hence you will probably get your money's worth with this adapter. This set is available for $19.95 USD at Nintendo's online store. Nintendo's policy is that all hardware products that they manufacture include a 3-month warranty.

Satisfaction
Well, it is an AC adapter, that's all it is. It supplies you with power. If you need power, just buy this thing. I was satisfied with it because I play a lot of GameBoy at my house.

If you do not like paying for batteries, and you play GameBoy by a power outlet, then you may want to purchase this device.
