| Bowser is back and he is trying to invade the Mushroom Kingdom. The Mushroom World forms an entrance to the Mushroom Kingdom. Bowser has dispatched his 7 children the "Koopa Kids" to each country in The Mushroom World. The royal magic wands of the Seven Kings have been stolen and the kings have been turned into stone.
Mario and Luigi have been sent to the Mushroom World to overthrow Bowser and the Koopa Kids and restore the Seven Kings back to their original form.
