A lot like Star Fox 64, actually. Dr. Andross, who used to do research on Corneria, went mad with ambition and was banished to Venom. The people slowly forgot all about him, but strange activity was being picked up on planet Venom. Andross has turned it into a huge army base, and soon declared war on the peaceful world of Corneria. Piloting the prototype ship, Arwing, your team of skilled pilots must take out the enemy forces, and save the whole Lylat System!

Definitely a good purchase, although not at first glance for me. Luckily it was still there the third time I came back to check on it, so I bought it, and I'm glad I did. It's one of the better SNES games out there, and it isn't excessively rare, either. My advice would be to buy it the first time you see it.
