Dr. Andross, who used to do research on Corneria, went mad and unleashed a weapon upon the planet, but was able to be captured and exiled to planet Venom. But he continued to be active here, thus, Peppy Hare, Pigma Dengar, and your father James McCloud were sent in. Upon arrival, Pigma betrayed the team and killed James. Luckily, Peppy was able to escape and inform Fox of this. Now, Andross has taken control of all of the planets, and is setting his sights for Corneria. This is where you, Fox McCloud and Co. come in, to save the solar system!

I think this game would have to be the best flight game released for the big N. With a huge library of sound, great graphics, and a neat soundtrack, this game is sure to please. And with the Expert setting, it should last you a while, too.
